Day 1

Paris - Bordeaux
Arrival at Paris airport and transfer to the railway station for your TGV train to Bordeaux.  Overnight in Bordeaux.

Day 2

Bordeaux – Sarlat(191km/2h30min)
Start the day with a  panoramic tour of Bordeaux, the wine city boasting 3 UNESCO world heritage monuments. Drive to the town of Saint-Emilion, renowned worldwide for its exquisite wines and visit a vineyard, followed by wine tasting. Continue to Bergerac and Monbazillac – another wine famous area. Stop to visit the castle of Montbazillac -  a unique blend of medieval defensive fortifications and Renaissance exuberance. Enjoy tasting the white wine of the Domain of Monbazillac with foie gras toast. Overnight in Sarlat la Caneda.

Day 3

Sarlat la Caneda
Full day sightseeing of Sarlat and its surroundings. Discover the area, city of art and history housing an invaluable architectural heritage. Proceed to Montignac to visit the Lascaux caves showing paintings of the Paleolithic era. Return to Sarlat with stops en route in the picturesque villages of Beynac,Cazenac and La Roque-Gageac. Board a gabarre,a typical boat of the region for the one hour promenade. Overnight in Sarlat la Caneda.

Day 4

Sarlat – Rocamadour(57km/1h) 
Start the day with a visit of castle to Castelnaud – a cliff top castle overlooking the Dordogne river. Then stop at Domme to discover this beautiful village offering another splendid view over the valley. Continue to Rocamadour via Souillac. Short tour of the village with the shrine perched on a limestone cliff. Visit the sanctuaries and St.Sauveur Basilica. Overnight in Rocamadour.

Day 5

Rocamadour – Toulouse(164km/3h)
Drive to Toulouse via Cahors. Short stop at Cahors to visit the old quarters, the ramparts,the Valentré bridge - an exceptional example of mediaeval architecture and St Etienne Cathedral. Continue to Toulouse also called “the pink city” .Enjoy a guided tour of this cultural and historic city including a visit to St Sernin Basilica. Overnight in Toulouse.

Day 6

Toulouse – Paris
Transfer to the train station or to the local airport for TGV train or domestic flight to Paris. Overnight in Paris.

Day 7

Paris
Transfer to airport for your final departure.
