Day 1

Munich
Arrival at Munich airport and transfer to hotel.

 

Day 2

Munich
Explore this lovely city. Visit the Church of Our Lady, the Great City hall with its unique Carillon, the famous beer hall Hofbraeuhaus, the City's former Olympic Ground, the magnificent Nymphenburg Palace and King Ludwig's Horse Carriage Museum. Return to hotel for overnight.

 

Day 3

Munich – Castle Neuschwanstein – Oberammergau (90km/1h30min) – Munich
Today have an excursion to one of the most beautiful castles in Germany – Castle Neuschwanstein.  The castle was temporarily home of former King Ludwig II. The tour of the interior will show you rooms and apartments with heavy tapestries in Romanesque and Byzantine style, the King`s bedroom with artistic woodcarvings and much more. Later, continue to Obermmergau to see the pretty painted burgher houses and world – famous Theatre. Have some free time and return to your hotel in Munich.

 

Day 4

Munich – Salzburg (150km/3h)
Drive to Salzburg. Have a half day city tour and  see its Festival buildings, the manicured Mirabell Garden, the lovely Getreidegasse alley and Mozart`s birthplace, also visit St Peter Abbey church. The rest of day is free for you to explore the city on your own. Overnight.

 

Day 5

Salzburg – Vienna (315km/4h30min)
Continue to Vienna. After arriving start your tour with a visit tothe magnificent Schoenbrunn Palace, built for Maria Theresia. See also the Hofburg Palace, the Opera House, Vienna`s landmark St Stephan`s Cathedral and much more. Overnight.

 

Day 6

Vienna – St Florian (190km/3h) – Innsbruck (315km/4h30min)
Leave Vienna this morning with your first stop in St Florian, where you will visit its Abbey Church. Continue to Innsbruck. After arrival you will have some time at leisure.  Overnight.

 

Day 7

Innsbruck
Explore Innsbruck  with a half day city tour which includes the splendid arcades, the landmark Golden Dach and the Court Church with a collection of huge bronze statues of famous former rulers. The balance of the day is free and you can enjoy it as you wish. Overnight.

 

Day 8

Innsbruck
Transfer to airport.
