The Budapest Spring Festival is one of the biggest cultural events in Hungary. The Budapest Festival Centre has organized a program that is in harmony with the spirit of the Easter celebrations. In 2013 Hungary’s most prestigious arts festival will expect its audience between 22 March and 7 April, however every year at the end of March until about the 10th of April many famous artists come to Budapest, like the wonderful French soprano, Patricia Petibon, American violin virtuoso Joshua Bell and Maxim Vengerov – conducting  symphony's  by Beethoven and Mendelssohn.

Day 1

Arrival at Budapest and transfer to the hotel, Overnight in Budapest.

Day 2

Join the city Half-day guided tour: Castle Hill with the Royal Palace, the gothic Matthias church and Fishermen’ s Bastions, Chain bridge, Andrássy Avenue, Heroes square, Opera house, theParliament building, St. Stephan Basilica, the Dohany street Synagogue. Afternoon and evening – take in part of the events of the Budapest Spring Festival either at the Opera House or other concert venue - depending on chosen program, Also see open-air free events. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 3

Budapest 
We move to  the Buda side, see the St. Gellert Hill with the Citadel, another beautiful panorama of Budapest city. Aftewardsr we move to the Big Market Hall with its culinary delights and souvenirs - possibility to buy  souvenirs. Afternoon and evening – take  part in the events of the Budapest Spring Festival: Either at the Palace of Art or in other concert venue, depending on chosen program as well as seeing an open-air free event  Evening: Boat trip on the Danube with dinner, Budapest lights by night. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 4

Walk down on Vaci street – You will get unforgettable memories from The Heart of Budapest, and see another open-air free event of the Budapest Spring Festival. Visit the modern buildings of Palace of Art and see the exhibition of modern art,  look around the exclusive building and park of the Hungarian National Theater,  Possibility to see an exhibition related to the actual Budapest Spring Festival in The Museum of Fine Arts on Heroes Square, and a permanent exhibition of the Museum. Afternoon: transfer to the airport for final departure.
